What you’ll be doing:
- Identifying and optimising suitable production processes and manufacturing methods.
- Design and engineer tooling to be used for producing a first pilot project.
- Making contact with industry partners and possible suppliers to verify the feasibility of the proposed solution.
- Building prototypes and test samples and evaluating their performance to select the best solution.
About you
Who we’re looking for:
- You are a Master student in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Production Engineering, Materials Science or similar.
- You enjoy solving complex technical engineering challenges that require creative solutions.
- You combine an analytical mindset with a hands-on approach; you like to build physical prototypes and validate them.
- You are fluent in English and preferably also Dutch.
