As Product Designer Atlassian, you are responsible for the total user experience of our Atlassian apps. You're always looking for ways to get to know our end users better, and you enjoy the challenge of solving complex problems with great designs. You are involved in the entire design process: from idea to prototype to testing the implemented design and analyzing analytics.

Key responsibilities
- You are responsible for the design of our Atlassian apps.
- Learn about (potential) users and the problems they experience.
- Think about requirements and creating a future vision for our apps.
- Intensive collaboration with other disciplines within the team.
- Create flows, user journeys, navigation structures, layouts, and clickable prototypes.
- You substantiate design choices with research and testing.
- You work with the existing Atlassian's Design System.
- You make designs in Figma that can be implemented by our developers.

Skills and abilities
- Experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer.
- Experience with User-Centered Design principles (User Research, User Scenarios, Personas, Usability Testing, A/B Testing).
- Experience with making prototypes.
- Experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar tools.
- Craftsmanship: Passion for high-quality designs, usability, and accessibility.
- Strong English and Dutch communication skills: both written and spoken.
- A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree, for example, in Communication & Multimedia Design.
