What you’ll be doing
- You will be working on designing new functionality for our web and mobile app alongside our other product designer;
- You will be working closely with the product owner to work on new functionality that drives impact and will be used by tens (soon hundreds) of thousands of employees at well-known brands;
- You will be creating complex user-centered flows and prototypes;
- You will collaborate with developers to reach high-quality implementations;
- You will drive the product design process from end-to-end, from ideation to iterative testing, and, finally, to visually polished solutions;
- You will rely on a healthy mixture of user insights, behavioral frameworks, and intuition to inform your design decisions.
About you
About you
- You have a passion for creating high-quality software products and services that resonate emotionally with people and drive changes in their behaviors;
- You can solve complex problems with a systematic approach and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment;
- 4+ years designing mobile and web products end-to-end. Your experience includes UX and UI design;
- Ability to function as a project leader as well as an independent contributor;
- Strong understanding of technologies used to build modern digital experiences, agile workflows, and a familiarity with the fundamentals of front-end development, accessibility, and usability.
