TicketSwap is on a journey to become the world’s favorite platform for fans to buy and sell tickets. Having raised our first-ever funding round, and with events opening up around the world, we are looking forward to a strong end of the year and a very exciting 2022; swapping tickets, launching in new countries, and rolling out new features.
To continue on this mission, we are expanding our current development teams and building new teams. One of the new teams will be a partnerships team, and therefore we are looking for another Product Designer! 🤘

What you can expect form the work:
- You'll be part of our new 'partnerships team', focussed on building the best platform in the world for event organizers.
- You'll bring product ideas to life with extensive research, mockups, flow charts and prototypes.
- You will fully own and lead your own projects and will be responsible for taking a concept from ideation to delivery and implementation. You will manage your designs and coordinate with the whole team.
- You will do a lot of user testing to validate your designs and ideas before and after you ship something.
- You will work together with other designers, and are part of a cross-functional product team with engineers and a product manager.
- You contribute to the overall design process and make sure everything is organized and streamlined.
- Every other week we have 'Discovery Day', where everyone can work on a project they pick. It's a great way to explore new ideas or learn new things.
About you
- You have lots of experience as product designer, with various design tools (we are using Figma) and for multiple platforms (web, Android and iOS).
- You have a keen understanding of mobile product design specifically.
- You are results driven and focus on business and user value.
- You have a technical understanding and feel comfortable with working and discussing with engineers constantly. This doesn’t mean you are a developer, but it means that you understand how a technical product works.
- You are able to find the right balance between delivering and perfecting a design.
- You excel in a start-up environment, have a flexible mindset and love taking initiatives.
