We Are Eves is the first beauty platform with honest cosmetic reviews. Made for you. We are a startup with a very ambitious team based in Amsterdam at the Houthavens in the same building as Hearst.com (Cosmopolitan, Vogue, Quote and more). We Are Eves is an online platform where members can share honest beauty reviews about beauty products with other members.
What are you going to do?
We are looking for a self-starter who is willing to learn about how you further develop our fast-growing business and driving growth. The Internship Junior Customer Success Manager works close together and report into the Head of Customer Success and has many responsibilities from support with onboarding new clients and setting them up for success, to deepening relationships with our existing customers and increasing the value they get from our platform. In your internship you will learn to drive impact for our customers immensely because you will help them realize their products visibility on our platform. You understand our customer’s needs and proactively help identify ways to increase their productivity and results. You learn to drive adoption of product analytics and benchmark impact to customer's business.

Essential duties & responsibilities
- Handling questions and account management for existing accounts;
- Evaluate success with existing customers and evaluate their success;
- Taking care of the administrative tasks such as preparing reports, CRM management and performance analysis;
- Initiate activation initiatives such as organising events and creative writing;
- Obtaining expert knowledge about competition and general market affecting trends;
- Support of creative projects related to our clients and our brand;
- You have a growth mindset and view challenges as learning opportunities, not failures;
- You can put yourself in others’ shoes and see situations from perspectives other than your own;
- You love getting to know new people and helping them;
- You foster a transparent, inclusive, and achievement-oriented team culture.
About you
- You have an entrepreneurial and commercially savvy mindset;
- You follow a Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications;
- You are committed, proactive and driven;
- You are analytical and data is the basis of your daily work;
- You are self-motivated and self-organized;
- You are a great communicator;
- You are flexible and can handle multi-tasking;
- You can work goal-oriented;
- You are fluent Dutch speaker (this is a must!) with strong English skills.
