With your organisational talent, you can make a true difference in the world of learning and digital transformation by being the mastermind behind coordinating our educational events for our corporate customers. You focus will be on attracting new customers through your amazing events.
What you will do:
- Manage corporate education events and ensure seamless execution
- Contribute to building the events strategy for different departments and with different stakeholders; and especially be accountable for the successful execution of the strategy for our corporate clients
- Set up and maintain processes for execution and tracking of events
- Plan and deliver on Corporate Education events
- Research and reach out to relevant external events where we may benefit from sending a speaker
- Be responsible for the promotion of webinars
- Conduct post-event analysis and find out how we performed on our metrics
About you
Who you are:
- Experienced in event planning, organisation and execution (2+ years)
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- A great communicator and can manage all kinds of stakeholders
- Perfectly organised and detail oriented
- Able to find your way around Hubspot
- Data-driven and a quick learner
