About the job
We are seeking a highly creative and talented Creative Director to join the Hodl Finance DAO team. As a Creative Director, you will oversee the visual aspects of our marketing campaigns and ensure that they align with our brand identity and overall marketing goals. You will lead a team of designers and collaborate with other departments to create visually engaging content across multiple platforms, including digital, print, and social media, landing pages.
About you
Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain the overall visual style and brand identity for our marketing campaigns
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure all visual elements are aligned with the messaging and goals
· Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback on their work
· Create design concepts and execute final designs for a variety of mediums, including digital, print, and social media
· Review and approve all visual content created by the design team
· Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques in the cryptocurrency market to ensure the designs are current and relevant
· Ensure that all designs are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
· Attend and participate in creative brainstorming sessions with the marketing team
· Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and visual standards
· Working together to continually develop and elevate the Hodl Finance DAO brand to the highest level while maintaining consistency.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
· At least 5 years of experience as a Creative Director or in a similar role
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team of designers
· Exceptional design skills with a strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, originality, and attention to detail
· Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
· Strong communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design concepts to non-designers
· Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines
· A deep understanding of visual communication principles, branding, and marketing strategy

· Competitive salary: A salary of around €70,000 per year, which could be adjusted based on your experience level and expertise.
