Kryha is a blockchain product studio headquartered in Amsterdam. We drive sustainable industry change by reinventing how companies collaborate within their supply chains. Our multidisciplinary team consists of about 25 industry strategists, innovators, product designers, and software engineers. We are bridging the gap between the cutting-edge world of distributed technologies and enterprise innovation. We thrive in multi-stakeholder projects, which has allowed us to work with industry leaders (Fortune 500) all across the globe and be involved in shaping the future.
About the job
We are looking for an innovator with experience in concept design. Someone who can bring cutting-edge blockchain technology to life. You will be working on innovative projects from their inception, often starting with only a vague problem. You will be challenged to dive into the world of sustainability in complex supply chains. Through Design Thinking and taking an iterative approach, you will translate business objectives, societal developments, and technological possibilities into innovative solutions. Running workshops, prototyping, and preferably some UX design is all part of your toolkit. Communicating with both a complex stakeholder field as well as engineers are all part of your job.
One day you might be working on the design of a platform to track hazardous waste to improve global safety, while the other day you might be facilitating a Design Sprint that aims to enable cotton farmers in optimizing their yield in a sustainable fashion.
About you
About you
- You are an innovator and designer: creative, empathetic, and context obsessed.
- You are decisive, you take risks and create value through making concepts tangible.
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business innovation or design.
- You have about 3 years' experience with doing innovative projects.
- You have experience with running Design Sprints and other Design Thinking or Lean methodologies.
- You have experience with doing (field) research and validating your work in a real-life context.
- You have or like to get affinity with blockchain technology.
- You like to work for innovative and industry-leading companies, business to business.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills (English is a must; Dutch, French, Portuguese or Mandarin is a nice to have).
- You know how to work with tools like Miro, Powerpoint, and digital prototyping tools, like Figma.
- It is a pré if you have UX design skills and know what it takes to develop great interfaces.
