At AgriFood Trade we import several raw materials focusing on dry legumes from around the world and we supply several small to big food companies in Europe. We are driving the plant-based protein revolution. We have been in the market since 2005 and we see our future sparking in the growing legume market.
Job Description
Join us as Brand Identity Designer Intern, starting in September 2024. In this internship, you will be mainly responsible for designing our new website layout, but not only. You will get the opportunity to use your creativity and design skills to create compelling visual identity and digital branding. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with an international team to bring AgriFood Trade mission and vision to a broader audience.
Your Key Activities Will Be
• Research and Inspiration: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis to make design decisions.
• Visual Identity: Create visual identities including color palettes, typography, graphic elements, and imaginary consistent with brand positioning.
• Digital branding: Design new website layout.
• Logo Design: Eventually develop and design a new logo that represents our essence and values • Collateral Design: Design various brand collateral such as business cards, letterheads, and marketing materials.

About you
• You are enrolled in a relevant HBO/WO program for the entirety of the internship in the field of design.
• Strong creative and design skills.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Eagerness to learn and grow as a designer.
• Attention to detail and a passion for aesthetics.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Interest in food and international trading.
• Independent, proactive and results-oriented.
• Commitment: you are ready to dedicate 4-6 months to this internship, preferably from the 2nd of September 2024 to the end February 2025.
• Availability: You can join the internship for 4-5 days per week.

• Your internship should be included in your study curriculum and directly contribute to your academic results.
• Your educational institution is willing to sign a collaboration agreement with AgriFood Trade and when joining our teams, also sign an NDA agreement for internships.
• You are either an EU(EEA) student residing in the Netherlands during the internship, or a NonEU(EEA) student enrolled and living in the Netherlands during the internship.
