BRAND DESIGNER
At BYBORRE we’re growing rapidly into the platform that will transform the textile industry as we know it today. We call it BYBORRE Create™ and it empowers creators all around the world with creative freedom, enabling them to play with intuitive tools and innovative solutions. Our mission is to allow for more conscious decisions in the design process to make better textiles for the products we use everyday.
Next to that we design and distribute our own Editions™ that serve as a showcase of what is possible with our textiles, inspiring creators to develop textiles with us. To further grow our brands, and thereby improve the textile industry as we know it today, we are looking for a Brand Designer to produce and oversee creative solutions that address our marketing and sales needs.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop an idea into a concept (eg. client R&D projects), apply visual design skills and be able to develop brand identities. We would like to see experience executing marketing projects from conception to digital & print, including websites, printed material and product packaging.
Ultimately, you will ensure the design team promotes our brand and shares our ideology with the world using the highest quality assets. Inspiring creators to make better textiles for the products we use everyday.

What you'll be doing
On a day-to-day basis, you will be:
- Generating and producing ideas to attract new Create™ clients serving the BusDev team.
- Mapping the touch points of the Create™ client journey and improving communications that result in a consistent and understandable experience.
- Overseeing the recurring Editions™ timeline, from visual concept to launch.
- Maintaining brand consistency throughout our communications.
- Working closely with our Brand Director and Creative Director on the longer term vision of the brand.
- Reviewing junior designers’ work to ensure brand standards are met.
- Ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are managed with other team members.
- Playing and having fun while growing the business.
About you
What we're looking for in the ideal candidate. Not all of these are must haves, so please take the leap to get in touch even if you don't feel you meet all criteria:
- 5+ years of experience in a related field, such as brand design, visual design, advertising etc.
- Identify and create templates and/or brand guidelines to systemise design within the company
- Concept creation from storytelling to design to execution
- Experience with design frameworks and systems
