Digital Natives Team Day
At Digital Natives we work with our entire team on our own business processes and strategy. That is why we organise a team day four times a year at an inspiring location. Away from the office, no customer work and looking forward all day together.
Mid July it was time for a team day again. This time we were in the middle of the forest in Austerlitz (Utrecht). A beautiful location that works hard to create a better world by investing in projects in India and also training young people in their own kitchen.
The entire team worked together on the Digital Natives roadmap for 2019. A first version of the "Digital Natives bible" was presented, including our history, way of working and routines. Basically a summary of our culture and everything we stand for.
Finally, we worked on our long-term strategy; a better digital world. We have thought about how we can contribute to and around our office, but also at a social level by, for example, training young people and giving them back to the open source community.
